Beschreibung

Hi, my name is Monja. I grew up on a little farm on the countryside in Germany, in a village in the South of Germany. I have studied political sciences and now live and work in the city of Stuttgart. I do work in statistics - I love numbers :)

When I travel, the people I meet are what make a place come alive for me. I love getting to know a country through conversations, shared meals, and the small everyday moments that reveal its culture. Having lived in Mozambique for a year, and in Canada, Portugal, and Zambia for six months each, I feel at home connecting with people from different cultures.

I’m open-minded, easy-going, and genuinely curious about people — their stories, their goals, and the little decisions that have shaped their lives. I'm a calm person that loves hiking, cycling or any other outdoor activity. At home, I play the saxophone in a local music orchestra – something I’ve enjoyed since childhood. I also love board games and getting lost in a good book.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I grew up on a small farm in the German countryside, so I’m used to helping out with everyday tasks around a house and farm. While I wouldn’t describe myself as particularly skilled with animals or in crafts (I always just supported my parents as a child/teenager), I’m reliable, willing to learn, and always happy to lend a hand.
I’m happy to help with practical and physical work — such as preparing firewood, tidying up, gardening, and general maintenance. Physical work is no problem for me: I have worked picking strawberries, gardening/weeding, on a production line, delivering mail, and for several years in a restaurant, where I helped in the kitchen and prepared rooms.
I’m also happy to support with everyday household tasks such as doing the dishes, laundry or cleaning.
