Beschreibung

Hi there! We’re a small, adventurous family: me (25 years) and my beautiful daughter Aya (3 years old).
We are longing to experience life in nature and learn the beauty of those from other families. I am intrigued about different cultures and ways of their parenting, but really we’re open to all kinds of experiences—from farm stays to eco-projects to just a simple family needing extra help. I have made a promise to myself to live in presence and provide it to my daughter and people I love, and I believe experiencing new unexpected adventurous ways of living can be very beneficial to achieve it, especially in nature-based environments. :)
I’m passionate about permaculture and eager to learn more hands-on skills. With my background in traditional village gardening (planting veggies, tending orchards, and basic soil care), I dream of building a food forest someday—a calm haven for me and Aya. I’m very eager to learn about it and want Aya to experience that lifestyle. We’d love to join hosts working on similar projects, like regenerative farming or off-grid living.
We’re also drawn to families who homeschool or embrace alternative education. As a mom raising a curious toddler, I’m inspired by adventurous, active families who value play-based learning and close-knit bonds. Aya is a very social child, loves being around other children and adults, loves outdoor, messy play, loves music, dancing, singing. I try to include her in whatever I do; she is always with me, helping (or pretending to help) with my tasks, and so far has been adapting well to new environments. We are comfortable with a minimalistic lifestyle, so we really do not need anything fancy, just nice energy. :)
What I can offer:
Gardening & Outdoor help: I’m happy to get my hands dirty, would love to learn more about farm animal care too. I’m more than happy to help with growing and creating stuff related to gardening—so whatever you need: I want to learn!
Cooking & Meal Prep: I love cooking and baking (which I do less of now that we try to eat less sugar, but if you would like I’m happy to do some baking). I love cooking meaty, vegetarian, and vegan dishes so we are flexible with food. I always try to include Aya in cooking too. :)
House help & Childcare: I have UK childminding certificates and nursery experience. I love working with children and would love to do some more related work. I also really want to homeschool my daughter so I am intrigued about teaching. :)
I’ve done Workaway babysitting before, which was a truly beautiful experience for both me and Aya—both of the girls got the experience of having a sister! I am happy to help with cleaning, organizing, some light house renovations (I do not have much experience, but I have laid my own laminate flooring, removed wallpaper, did some light wall plastering, painting, some very beginner woodwork :D).
I am reliable, hardworking, love being around people but am happy to have alone time too. Aya will bring loving energy and laughter to your home and we are respectful and happy to discuss needs of each other.
I would love to immerse myself in Spanish-speaking environments as I am learning the Spanish language, and maybe even learning more about Aya’s Galician roots. :)
We’re currently based in Lithuania, and lived in England for 6 years—I am fluent in English and Aya speaks both Lithuanian and English and is curious about Spanish too, due to seeing me learning.
We have full availability, and we would like to experience longer stays of around 2 months, but very flexible with that too. :) We’d love to hear from you!
