Hello! We’re Miros and Otto, a creative couple passionate about art, culture, and meaningful exchanges.

This account originally belonged to Miros, who traveled solo through Workaway and had amazing experiences with wonderful hosts — you’ll still see those reviews here. Now that we’re traveling and creating together, we’ve decided to update it to a couple’s account meanwhile, but it still carries the story and feedback from her journey. :)

We come from different parts of the world, Miros is from Mexico and Otto is from Denmark, and we’ve been working together across Europe, Mexico, and the Middle East in art, design, and showmaking. Our native languages are Spanish (Miros), Danish and Swedish (Otto), but to be honest we have make English our main language, as is the one we are always speaking.

Miros is a multidisciplinary artist — muralist, sculptress, painter, and visual/digital creator. She loves decorating homes and redesigning furniture to give them new life. Her work blends visual storytelling, immersive environments, and emotional experiences. She works with painting, sculpture, stage design, 3D/2D art, photography, and AR. She’s also a great cook (Mexican, international, keto, and gluten-free included), calm, grounded, and always full of creative ideas. Her energy is warm, respectful, and friendly, always seeking to bring harmony to the space. She also enjoys working with kids and using art as a playful tool for connection.

Otto is a multidisciplinary artist and creative director, as well as a musician, art consultant, speaker, and creative strategist. He’s amazing at storytelling and concept development. His background includes shows, theatre, music, writing, and helping others express big ideas in meaningful ways. He’s a kind and loving soul, very hands-on, nature-loving, and brings a strong sense of presence and purpose into everything he does.

Together, we can help with:
• Artistic & design projects (murals, stage design, decoration, installations, home-deco)
• Cooking healthy, international meals
• Hosting, organizing, cleaning, and gardening
• Creative workshops or activities with kids and families
• Photography, video, and storytelling
• Support for events, retreats, or cultural projects
• Writing and organizational support
• AI and marketing — we’re also digital-savvy and experienced in these fields

We’re kind, easy-going, and fully present when we join a project. We don’t smoke. We might enjoy a glass of wine or a traditional drink together if the occasion is right, but we’re not party people and we don't consider ourselves drinkers. We mostly enjoy peaceful evenings, deep conversations, and good home-cooked meals.

Right now, we’re curious to explore Asia, as it’s still very new to us. We’ve been to South Korea once for work, but nothing excites us more than experiencing the real life through cultural exchange, hanging out and trying food with locals— that’s where the real magic and insight happen and that's why we want to experience Workaway together.

We’re happy to bring our creativity and energy to meaningful encounters — and we’d love to meet and share with you.
