Beschreibung
Hey! My name is Michael, I am an outgoing 26 year old Ecologist from the UK with strong Portuguese roots! During my university experience in the coastal city of Plymouth (SW of England), I was surrounded by some of the most beautiful natural scenery in the country and I found my passion for adventure ignited in the form of Hikes, Sea swimming, Free diving, Cycling, Foraging and Wild camping.
During this time I also began a number of other hobbies such as Skateboarding, DJ'ing, Painting, Photography and of course a bit of partying ;) all of which bring me much happiness.
Throughout my degree I learnt much about sustainability and what it might look like in todays society, in all aspects. I am keen to contribute any and all of my knowledge of sustainable practices to your project, farm or organisation!
I consider myself a spiritual individual and I often meditate and do yoga as well as reading Taoist and Buddhist books and teachings. I am hoping this trip through Asia will aid me on my spiritual journey and provide me with perspective on my own life.
Overall, I am a very open-minded person and I am ready to learn what other cultures, religions and philosophies have to teach me. I have a great passion for life, travelling, meeting new people, nature (we are part of it!), community, spreading love, having fun and helping others.
I will always try my best, be polite and work with team spirit to help with whatever tasks lie ahead!!
In summary, this trip is all about finding the flow and letting it carry me wherever it chooses!
