I retired last year at the age of 55. I have been fortunate enough to own rental property properties. This helped facilitate my retirement. I was also a medic in the US Army. I have managed over 300 properties in the Kansas City area. I also owned my own property management and property rehab company. I love helping the people of my communities and those communities that I visit.

My skills are wide ranging. Anything having to do with single family residence rehab. My favorite is landscaping and tree work. I also love stone and brick work. I can do most general plumbing and electrical work. Sheet rock and painting. I can also do tile work. I am also great at managing a project.

I am an avid d cyclist and cycling coach.

I spent 10 years coaching soccer at a medical dole school.

I also work well in emergency situations. I was an EMT and just took an advanced emergency medicine training course through the local junior college

I have volunteered after hurricanes and tornados in the US

I do not drink or use any type of drug.
