Hello!

I'm Maxime, from France, currently travelling around Australia and looking for new experiences. I’d love to get involved and help you with your daily tasks. I’ve travelled a lot and always enjoy meeting locals to share stories and discover new cultures.

I speak fluent English and other languages, and I’m curious about pretty much everything — movies, books, science, gardening, you name it! I’m also very sporty, motivated, and never afraid to get my hands dirty.

Feel free to contact me! I’m currently in Sydney and particularly interested in discovering Tasmania, but I’m open to relocating anywhere, especially along the East Coast.

A bit more about my travel experiences:
I’m an adventurous person and believe that anywhere can become a new journey. I’ve travelled across my homeland, France, with just my backpack and a friend, exploring the countryside. I spent six months in Japan doing an internship, discovering stunning nature and ancient shrines while connecting with locals through my broken Japanese and plenty of hand gestures. I’ve also travelled through many European countries — from the most underground bars in Berlin to the remote villages of the Italian Alps.

Now I’m here in Australia, 15,000 km from home, surrounded by some of the most beautiful nature I’ve ever seen, and hoping to meet new people to make this journey truly memorable.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Physics. I speak French, English, and German fluently, and I also have some knowledge of Spanish and Japanese.

I’m quite handy as well — when I was younger, I used to help my grandpa, who was a plumber, and my grandma, who loved gardening. Thanks to them, I learned how to fix things and take care of plants.

I also love animals and am fascinated by both pets and wildlife. I haven’t had the chance to work with animals yet, but I’d really love to.

I was also a Boy Scout, which taught me how to live in nature and make basic crafts using materials from the forest.

I love doing sports — it would be great to practice some together (calisthenics, judo, badminton, etc.).
