Hello everyone!
I’m Marta, an Italian student of 24 years old from the Amalfi Coast. I study languages (English and Spanish) and cultural communication in Rome. I'm currently on my gap year, traveling around the world to face new adventures!

I love traveling and making new friends from all over the world. I’m a very curious person, always interested in what is new and different from my habits and cultural points of view. Studying languages helps me to go beyond the obstacles of communication with foreign people.

I can easily work in team but also spending time with myself. I have lots of artistic passions and I love making illustrations, drawings and photographs as well. I love spending time in nature, watching movies and reading books.

I've been living in different countries for a while such as Spain, Canada and Australia! Those experiences made me realize how much I love this world and how to fight against prejudices and stereotypes.

I am a very hard worker and definitely a geek. But still quite funny! I don’t want to waste any moment of this wonderful life and I hope I can learn a lot by joining the Workaway world!

I graduated in Modern languages for Intercultural Communication! I can fluenty speak English and Spanish and I have some skills in French as well. I could definitely be able to teach my native language, Italian, and also foreign languages at intermediate levels. Obviously I would love to learn more about foreign languages!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I can draw and make illustrations, work on social media, I have skills in translation and intercultural communication. I like cooking, taking pictures and hiking! I also teach Italian to beginners and advanced students.

I'm very communicative and extroverted and people usually feel like they can talk to me.

I'm super organized, I love arranging events of any kind and I'm the one who always brings everything in her bag for everyone when I do outdoors activities... kind of a mama bear :')

I have a big capacity for adaptation and I'm opened to learn all new kind of skills!
