Holaaaa friends! 🌸

I’m Luz , a traveller and people person who loves creating spaces of connection and creativity. I speak Spanish and English, and over the past months I’ve been travelling and volunteering across Europe and Latin America.

I’ve collaborated in different projects:

• Farm in the south of Paris: helping with the dogs, supporting farm tasks, and learning about apiculture (beekeeping).
• Yoga retreat centre in Guatemala: offering courses, giving guests information, receiving payments, and helping with social media.
• Hostel in Bucaramanga, Colombia: reception support, assisting guests, rotating shifts and teamwork with other volunteers.
• Hostel in Mexico: helping mostly in the garden, cleaning leaves and maintaining the space — a simple and lovely experience.

Alongside travelling, I have facilitated group art-therapy workshops, combining painting, meditation, aromatherapy, wellness practices, journaling and being present. My intention is to support emotional expression, inner calm and to gently connect with souls through creativity.

I’m responsible, kind, organised and always willing to learn. I also lived almost six years in Australia working in community services, supporting elders and people with mental-health challenges.

I’m now looking for new opportunities (ideally paid) where I can contribute, learn, and keep growing personally and professionally.

Soy Luz — viajera y amante de las personas; me encanta crear espacios de conexión, creatividad y presencia. Hablo español e inglés, y en los últimos meses he viajado y hecho voluntariados en Europa y América Latina.

He colaborado en distintos proyectos:

• Granja al sur de París: apoyo con dos perritos, tareas de granja y aprendizaje de apicultura.
• Centro de yoga en Guatemala – ofrecer cursos, dar información a huéspedes, recibir pagos y apoyar redes sociales.
• Hostal en Bucaramanga, Colombia: apoyo en recepción, información a huéspedes y turnos rotativos.
• Hostal en México: principalmente apoyo a mantener el espacio ordenado y limpio, como limpiar hojas y ordenar la cocina. una experiencia sencilla y muy bonita.

Además, facilito talleres grupales de arte-terapia, integrando pintura, meditación, aromaterapia, bienestar, journaling y presencia consciente. Busco acompañar procesos de bienestar, expresión emocional y conexión desde el corazón.

Soy responsable, organizada, amable y con muchas ganas de aprender. Viví casi seis años en Australia trabajando en servicios comunitarios, apoyando a personas con discapacidad y adultos mayores..

Actualmente busco nuevas oportunidades (idealmente pagas) donde pueda aportar y seguir creciendo.
