Maë :
I'm currently taking a gap year to travel around the Canary Islands until January before flying off to discover South America, starting in Brazil. I studied history and I'm now specialising in gender studies. I grew up between the sea and the mountains, and love outdoor activities, music, communal living and exploring nature !

Louise :
Hey, I'm Louise, I’m 25 years old, and I'm looking for new experiences while working. I’ve spent a month biking through Ireland this summer, and I discovered that what really thrills me in life is being outdoors and breathing some fresh air. I love to discover new places and new people. Yes, yes, I’m kind of outgoing. I love to spend time in nature, hiking, biking or climbing. I would like to surf or ski properly ( I really have to work on my balance ;) ).
So I’m looking for job experience near the mountains or the sea.

I’m motivated, adaptable to teamwork and serious.

Louise : I'd like to improve my English so that I can communicate all over the world. I can of course teach French, its culture and even its cuisine, even though I'm a vegetarian. I would like to relearn Spanish because I have lost the skills I acquired in high school. And I'm very, very interested in learning German because mn dream would be to live in Berlin for a year.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Louise : I’ve studied psychology for four years, but I'm taking a gap year.
I worked in a small restaurant, where I was a dishwasher, kitchen assistant and table setterand. Every summer, I worked as a polyvalent employee in a shop in my little city on the west coast of France.
This year, we both did a woofing during one month on an organic farm in Ireland, where we worked on different projects. We mostly helped in the tree nursery, the polytunnels, learning a bit about permaculture. We also helped with animals (horses and hens), and harvest. Then we spent one month in total in the vineyard doing grape-picking in south of France.
I understand things easily and I’m easy-going. I like helping people with beautiful projects, and I'm resourceful :))
I’m very sociable and friendly, and love to meet travelers and people from around the world.

Maë : I'm also taking a gap year, after my bachelor. I really enjoyed our Woofing experience in Ireland, where I learned a lot. I liked working hard and see the results of it !

Louise : I'm learning piano and bass, but I already know how to play guitar.
I love to read, especially English classics, and I play scrabble with my granny every week.
Maë : I love doing outdoor activities, observing nature, and crochets.
