Hello everyone!!!
I'm Letizia,I am italian and I'm 34 years old.

I love traveling, learning about new cultures, eating new foods, meeting new people, the outdoors, nature and animals!
I love having an active life and learning new things.
I firmly believe that travelling and getting to know new thoughts, different points of view, different ways of living is the best way to get to know yourself and improve yourself.

I am new to workaway, but I find that being able to meet local people (the hosts) is a really amazing opportunity for cultural exchange and a chance to learn new things and give something back.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

- Currently attending medical school, I am almost at the end!

- Co-owner of a Home Restaurant in Lucca (italy), where we also teach Italian cooking classes.I hold valid HACCP certification to produce and serve food, and also worked as a waitress in various restaurants before

- I am a certified aquafitness instructor and synchronized swimming teacher.

- For many years I tutored children with learning disabilities in their studies,
and babysitting children of different ages

I am a good cook and I am very good at housework.

I have always lived in the country on a small farm and have always helped with work in the vegetable garden, the garden and small animals.

A passion I share with my father is DIY! He is absolutely fantastic at restoring and making wooden furniture, and I have learnt a lot. It is a hobby of mine to repurpose, remake old furniture and give it my own touch (I am very proud of my red bedside table! )


I am very enthusiastic and willing to take on most tasks! I'm a thorough cleaner/ hard worker and physically fit. I'm a quick learner, and would love to learn a new skill on my stay.

What else... I really like all kinds of music and dance, I studied piano for six years and I still do ballet! It's something I love deeply.
And I know I have already said it, but I would be delighted to share my passion for cooking and I will be delighted if you teach me new foods and dishes. Maybe I love eating even more than cooking, I could plan a trip just thinking about the dishes I would like to try! So, yes, I am a big foodie!
