CURRENTLY IN NORWAY SINCE NOVEMBER 2023. Hi ! I'm Léo, 24 yo. Just finished my master degree in sports performance. I want to become a personal trainer but before that, I would like to discover the world through a workaway experience. In my opinion, the best way to develop yourself is to travel alone across the world and provide your help in some exciting and sustainable projects. I already traveled throughout Denmark, Czech Republic and Iceland and these travels are still my best life memories. I love meeting new people & culture, and create strong links all over the world. Nature is for me a must have if I visit your place becauseI find my inner peace in it. I'm so excited for this new chapter of life !

I'm a personnal trainer so I can take care of manual work and handicrafts. I can also offer you personalized sports sessions, or even stretching and mobility during my visit if you wish :)

I also worked in different fields : factories, as a moving man, material handler, warehouseman ...

I'm really into all every of sports. But in my life I mainly practiced kick-boxing (12 years) and MMA (2 years). I enjoy nature so much and hiking in the moutains. Being alone in nature is what makes me happiest ! I love taking walks and observing the surrounding flora and fauna. I also love biking and gardening. I also have a fruit & vegetable garden that I tend at home.

  I'm a sports man so I pay attention to what I eat, mostly with protein. I try to eat local food as much as possible.
