Hey,
Our names are Jordan and Tina. We’re from the north of Scotland (Wick and Stornoway respectively) and are looking to see the world and have fun while doing it! We’ve both worked in hotels for most of our lives and hearing stories from people about the rest of the world really makes you want to go and see it for yourself, so hopefully with your help, that’s what we’re gonna do!

Having grown up on Lewis, Tina is part of a small group of people who still speak Gaelic, and is more than willing to share and teach people about it. Jordan is more than willing to teach what he knows but is only confident enough with English to teach properly but can offer words and phrases in Caithness dialect which you won’t hear anywhere else in the world We are particularly interested in learning as much as possible as it’s always fun to learn about other cultures

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Jordan:

I’ve worked in a Hilton’s kitchen before so know my way around a kitchen

I was trained as a dog handler so can handle any dog breeds an am good with animals in general

I grew up on and around farms so have no issues getting stuck in and doing the dirty jobs

I’m pretty handy and can manage most basic DIY jobs such as building furniture and basic plumbing, but I am definitely up for learning more

I grew up in a big family so have always had kids and small children around, so have always been good with them and can definitely deal with anything they can throw at me

Was noch ...

Tina has a BHons in graphic design and has professional experience in designing logos and graphics for companies (Shi Shi massage, Fudge your face), her preferred method of art is painting though, which she does of her dreams and ideas she likes.

Jordan is quite sporty and loves a game of rugby, he also enjoys badminton and did karate for a number of years.
