Beschreibung
Hello! We are Renske and Jelle, 28 and 30 years old. We're a social couple and down-to-earth, eager to work and learn new things! After years of studying and working in Amsterdam, we followed the plan we already had for a while: we left everything behind and set out for an adventure to find out who we really are and what causes happiness. After walking the Camino the Santiago and working on organic farms in Portugal we discovered that the answers are inside of us, not outside. We went to india and Nepal to explore yoga and Buddhism and that really made a lot of sense to us, especially the insight that it’s more about focusing on making other people happy than oneself.
We’re now in Europe for the summer and we would love to share our skills and kindness with many people and projects. We’re both used to working many hours a day, in both physical and office jobs. Already at the age of 13 we started working in agriculture and we always continued working in different jobs until our travels started. Jelle has worked as economist, teacher and accountant, Renske as a waitress, anthropologist and (yoga and English) teacher.
We love being with open and warm people, while living a healthy life in a quiet place surrounded by nature. We don't need much and we are quick learners.
