Tätigkeiten, die mich interessieren:

camping, hiking, fishing, sailing, surfing, diving, snorkling, exploring remote beaches, kinda everything outdoorsy! But of course I also like to just socialise :)

Beschreibung

Hi there! I’m an Environmental Engineering from Germany with a passion for the outdoors, adventures and community.

I easily connect with people, am open minded and empathetic and I’m just as happy having a deep conversation at a campfire as I am enjoying a lively party.

But even thought i am social, I usually refuel my energy through adventures or quiet moments in nature, wether I’m thousands of feet up in a sailplane, camping next to my 1997 Honda or just going for a swim at a quiet beach or river.

In general I prefer a calm, relaxed approach to travel, focusing on the atmosphere of a place rather than a sightseeing list.

I value open-mindedness and self awareness in people that i spend my time with. And with people that share these values, i also don't mind living in more confined spaces together.

Travel History & Hobbies

I’ve spent 1.5 years doing Work & Travel in Australia, traveled across Europe on my motorbike, and recently finished an exchange semester in Barcelona. I’m comfortable in international settings and love getting to know new cultures.
Next to my already mentioned hobbies of flying sailplanes, riding or fixing my motorbike and spending time with great people, i enjoy:
-climbing or hiking
-playing the drums or listening to music
-fishing and camping

Technical & Mechanical
-Aviation Maintenance: I’ve spent years in my flight club's workshop, maintaining and repairing sailplanes.
-Motorbike DIY: I do all the maintenance on my own bike. I’m comfortable with tools and happy to help fix things around the house or farm.

Manual Labor & Farm Work
-Construction: I’ve worked various construction labour jobs, so I’m not afraid of getting my hands dirty

-Farming: I spent a significant time doing farm work during my 1.5 years in Australia. I’m used to physical work and outdoor conditions.

Teaching & Social
-Flight Instructor: I am a fully licensed flight instructor since four years. I am teaching theory and praxis to teenagers, adults and seniors. This has taught me a lot about communication, and responsibility.

Hospitality & Care:
I have experience in bartending, babysitting, and even working in a pharmacy. I’m adaptable and quick to learn new tasks.
