Hey there! I’m Abed, a traveler at heart, originally from Egypt, currently somewhere between work, master's studies, and chasing new experiences across Europe.

What motivates me? It’s simple, I love building small human connections in unexpected places. For me, happiness comes from being part of something real: helping out, learning by doing, sharing a meal, a story, or even just a quiet moment after a long day.

I’ve been lucky to work on projects from sustainability to community building, but honestly, I’m just as happy lending a hand with daily tasks, learning something new, or getting outdoors.

I believe life feels fuller when you step out of your comfort zone, that’s why I’m here. I have been to 25 countries and lived in 4 different countries, and about to move to the 5th country by September this year.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I’ve been working since I was 16 from warehouses to restaurants so I’m no stranger to hard work, long hours, and getting things done as part of a team. Those early years taught me responsibility, work ethic, and how to stay positive, even when the job isn’t easy.

Later on, I started my own mushroom farm from the ground up a project that combined my interest in sustainability, business, and working with nature. It taught me patience, problem-solving, and that nothing good grows overnight.

I also have experience in project management, sustainability, and community projects, which means I’m organized, reliable, and used to working with people from all walks of life.

Practical tasks? I enjoy them gardening, basic repairs, general maintenance, cooking simple meals, or just helping with whatever is needed. I like learning by doing and don’t mind getting my hands dirty.

I speak Arabic native, English fluently, and currently learning basic French happy to help with language practice or cultural exchange since i have been to +25 countries over the last 6 years

Overall, I’m curious, motivated, and easy to get along with, Whether it’s hands-on work, teamwork, or daily tasks, I enjoy being useful and part of a good environment.

I love exploring new places, meeting people from different cultures, and having good conversations whether it’s over coffee or while working side by side.

In my free time, I enjoy sports (especially swimming, running, and sometimes bouldering), cooking simple meals, and reading mostly about entrepreneurship, sustainability, or travel.

I’m also into board games nothing too competitive, but I’ll happily join for a game night. And I’ve been known to get overly passionate about F1 or a random podcast episode.

Most of all, I enjoy new experiences, being part of a good team, and learning something along the way.
