Beschreibung

I'm an aspiring writer and filmmaker with a passion for hospitality. Although I'm an outgoing type, my rural upbringing means I have a soft spot for the off-grid stays.

My passions are primarily in the arts- I love to sing, write, act, and cook- but I'm excited by new opportunities to learn about new cultures or communities. My goal for 2025, besides giving myself the opportunity to travel more, is to widen my skill set. I'm currently working on publishing my writing, and focusing on my language learning.

Currently, my preferred stay would be a minimum of 3 months and a paid position- my dream job would be working in hospitality, food service, or farm stays. Where I lack in muscle, I make up for in grit!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have experience as a line cook, barista, nanny, and cashier, but I'm flexible when it comes to learning new skills. I've had a little experience working as a TA, which has included daily paperwork, office cleanup, mail duties, and acting as a go-between for students and professors.

I love to bring joy to others through what I do, so I thrive best in an environment where I can connect with people. I'm most confident in my skills in communication, cooking, and childcare. However as I mentioned in my bio, I'm always open to training in a new field if the opportunity arises.

As I can't afford to do charity or non-profit work at this time, my ideal setting would be a 3 (or more) month paid position in the United Kingdom.

Was noch ...

I'm a sucker for period dramas! I'm not a particularly sporty person, but my favorite physical activity is roller skating. I also have a pretty serious tea addiction, so you can guarantee that I'll be packing some earl grey with me on any trip I take. However, I'm always looking to convert others, so I'm more than happy to share. I also bake quite a lot, so I'd love a trip that would make it possible to keep that up.

Some of my special interests are in writing and movies, so I can talk and listen about those for a while!

Lastly, I have a unique earring collection- some of my favorites are my dinosaurs, teapots, and frogs.
