Hii I'm Greta :) I'm 18 years old and I'm currently studying music in highschool where I play piano and saxophone. I mostly play classical music but I also like jazz (I play the sax in a bigband and in a jazz band) and rock music.
In my freetime I taught myself how to crochet and knit, I always start new projects and I try to learn new patterns! I also learned a bit about photography (even if I'm just an appassionate), drawing and writing. I really like anything that revolves around creativity!
I also do horse riding, I go in a riding school where the main focus is to create a real connection with the horse, and to respect them. There the horses live together in a herd outside! I also have a dog and two cats and I always spend time with them.
I like travelling, meeting new people and cultures, and I would describe myself as a very curious person with many interests, who always loves to learn about new things!
I already did some volunteering experiences without Workaway! I went for three times in a place where they welcome pilgrims from all over the world on the Franciscan way, where they live without running water and electricity. There I did a lot of different works: I helped in the garden, in the kitchen, and with general cleaning and maintenance. I did some carpentry works (helping an expert person) and I also helped feeding goats and chickens.
Then I volunteered in an hotel that especially welcomes people with disabilities, where I helped in the kitchen, with cleaning and also with entertainment for children. There I think I learned how to relate with people that are different from me, and to adapt to different necessities and needs. I also learned how to work in a team, since I always worked with other people.
I adapt to any situation and I'm constantly looking for new environments, works and experiences! When I'm doing something new I always try to do my best and to learn as much as I can from everyone.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I'm usual to stay around animals, especially dogs, horses and cats.
I also worked in the garden but I'm not an expert, I know some cooking and I'm always happy to learn new recipes.
I love learning new things and I try to give always the best!
