Hi everyone:)
I'm Gloria, from northern Italy.
I speak Italian, English and Spanish (just for you to know that we can contact in one of these languages:)).

During the last 3 years I started to travel from time to time while doing volunteering, not only through Workaway.
Currently I have been traveling since may 2025; in Spain, Morocco, France and southern Italy.

Through volunteering I have been experiencing many different situations and contexts, participating in various activities. The main work subjects were nature (gardening, harvesting), and social work (activities with vulnerable people).
I am very grateful for each experience I lived and grateful to have the privilege to be able to travel.

I learned a lot from all the experiences and now I know better what is the type of things I prefer and what are my goals.

I really enjoy the community life, living and sharing with other people; and spending time and working in nature.
I'm interested about natural ways of living, learning about agriculture/farm life and self-sufficiency.
I am also really interested in the social work, especially with migrants, refugees, and vulnerable teenagers.

About my personality, I'm a bit shy at first but become very open when I feel comfortable. I'm eager to learn and to help out, I like to listen and to talk with people, to collaborate, to share moments together:)

I am adaptable about the food and the accomodation. I'm used to share the room and the common spaces with other people.
I can cook at a basic level.
Generally I don't like really dirty houses, and mold makes me feel sick.
I don't smoke, drink, take drugs.
I like to dance but not that much to go to parties.
I prefer the countryside life rather than the city life.
I appreciate the sea, rivers, lakes... walks in the nature and natural landscapes.
I have the driving license.
