Hi there! I’m Giulia, an Italian yoga teacher, fitness trainer, and former rhythmic gymnast.
After years of working as a personal trainer in Italy, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and travel the world — combining my love for movement, breath, and freedom. I’m currently in Southeast Asia, and I’m looking for opportunities to share yoga or fitness sessions, help with wellness projects, retreats, or community spaces, and continue learning along the way.
I’m a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200) trained in Bali, with a background of over 15 years in rhythmic gymnastics (first as an athlete, then as a coach), and 7 years of experience in fitness training, including strength, mobility and functional movement. I love to teach slow, accessible vinyasa flows, ladder sequences, and incorporate elements of rhythm, balance and breathwork into the practice.
I’m reliable, proactive, independent — but I also love teamwork and connection. I speak Italian and a good level of English (still improving, but I can teach and communicate clearly). I’m open to helping with classes, front desk, social content, or wherever I can contribute with good energy.
Right now, I’m looking for places where I can teach, connect with like-minded people, and grow as a human and teacher. Whether it’s a yoga space, a retreat, an eco-village, or a beach hostel — I’d be happy to collaborate!

I’m a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200), fitness trainer and former rhythmic gymnast with 15+ years of experience in movement, flexibility, and body awareness.
I have taught yoga to beginners and mixed-level students, focusing on slow vinyasa flows, ladder sequences, backbends, breathwork and mobility. I also have 6 years of experience in gym-based fitness and personal training — strength, posture, bodyweight workouts and mobility coaching.
I love teaching people how to feel better in their bodies, gain strength with grace, and connect through mindful movement. I’m patient, adaptable, and I bring energy and presence into every class. I can teach in English and Italian, and I’m always open to learning from others.
Beyond teaching, I’m also able to help with content creation (photos, reels, simple editing), assist in wellness retreats, help in daily routines or guest interactions.Alter
