Beschreibung

Hi! My name is Femke, I am 26 years old, Dutch and currently in Morocco. Normally I live in Amsterdam, but I am totally done with living the fast city life. Two years ago I travelled through Spain and since I came back to the Netherlands I wanted to go back as soon as possible. I want to discover the simplistic lifestyle and learn more about this through communities/helping others, culture, sustainable living, nature and gardening/permaculture. In other words: enjoying life to the fullest and consciously.

I studied Nutrition and Dietetics and did a vegetarian culinary school. After that I worked for a year as a cook in a vegetarian restaurant and helped at some retreats in the kitchen as well, so yes I definitely love everything that has to do with (healthy) food!

Besides cooking/food I have a lot of interests, but most of my free time I spend on learning more about Ayurveda, yoga, foraging/plants, spirituality, crochet and I love photography and reading as well

I would describe myself as a social, positive, flexible, independent and organized person. I like peace and stillness, but at the same time I definitely like some craziness, so I am always in for adventure and making good memories. Besides my hobbies I am always in to learn about anything and everything and I am definitely not afraid to make my hands dirty!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I finished my study Nutrition and Dietetics and as well a vegetarian culinary school/course. I am a cook but I also have experience behind the bar, as a waitress and barista. I love gardening and I definitely have some experience / knowledge about it, but I am not advanced yet. In the past I did two photography courses and a foraging course.
I speak and write English very well and have some basic Spanish (currently learning; poco a poco)
