Hi! My name is Enrica and I am a 23-year-old construction engineering student. I live in Italy in the region of handmade pasta par excellence and cheerful life, Emilia-Romagna. The town where I live is called Brisighella and is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The history and nature of this land has been dear to me since I was a child. I am a curious girl who is always trying to find new ideas and places to visit, even the smallest and hidden ones have their beauty and uniqueness. My main interests are in the outdoors such as walking, hiking, camping, going to the river for a refreshing summer bath and being in contact with animals. For these passions I thank my grandparents and my father who always took me to the woods, the mountains and taught me respect and love for nature and the little animals in our garden. For many years I was part of the village church group, experiencing camps, helping each other in the community and learning about sharing and listening. With my current course of study, I would like in the future to be involved in renovation and green building, learning the most sustainable techniques for comfortable living. This is the first time for me to apply on this platform, I decided to give myself the opportunity to gain a new experience to put myself out there and learn new skills.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Since I was 6 years old, I have regularly taken part in camps, trips and holidays in the mountains or always in nature, learning how to keep the environment clean, ordinary maintenance and care of the place and how to work in a group. I have always worked hard to learn the management of the family garden and vegetable garden, trying to learn the various manual jobs. Thanks to my grandmother, I learnt traditional cooking, but my curiosity also drives me to experiment with other cuisines. As an engineering student, I have worked for different periods in technical studies and this has allowed me to learn how to improve the management and comfort of environments through techniques that are as sustainable as possible.
