Hi!

I'm Élisa, a 21-year-old from Luxembourg. I'm the third of five children and am used to helping out with everyday chores. I finished secondary school in Luxembourg, focusing on sciences and mathematics.

From a very young age, I have developed a profound love for nature, wildlife, and especially mountains. I love hiking and exploring the outdoors.

I'm taking two sabbatical years to travel, visit new regions, learn more about farming, and above all, to enjoy life. I have already completed 10 WWOOFing experiences in my first year and am now interested in slightly longer stays.

My family has a vegetable garden and a few fruit trees, and my father works as a gardener in a historic garden, the Grand Château d'Ansembourg.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have already completed 10 WWOOFing experiences in France and Switzerland. I often had the opportunity to take care of animals, such as hand-milking goats, cleaning cow barns, herding a flock of 400 sheep, and feeding chickens and cleaning the coop. I also helped in the vegetable garden with tasks like weeding, pruning, and planting seeds.

These WWOOFing experiences have taught me that I can adapt and integrate well into any environment, whether it's living remotely in a yurt in the mountains, or staying with a family with children. I always get along well with children, and coming from a large family myself, I'm used to taking care of my younger sisters.

Additionally, I have completed first aid training this summer (2024)

Was noch ...

I love doing sports (hiking, running, yoga, ...) and I enjoy learning all kind of new things like crocheting, solving a Rubik's Cube, learning a new language, or playing a new instrument (recently, I learned how to play the saxophone).
