Hi! I'm Elena and I'm 27 years old. I recently completed a Master's degree in Natural Sciences. I love being outdoors and I have a great passion for animals. I love nature and enjoy spending time in it doing all sorts of activities — from peaceful ones like walking and relaxing while observing the world around me to more adventurous and adrenaline-filled ones like hiking or scuba diving.
I've decided to take some time after graduating to see the world and explore it before settling down with a stable job and starting a family. I’d love to get to know new cultures, discover new places, and be amazed by the natural wonders our planet has to offer.
In 2024, I spent two months in Namibia for a university internship, and those were the best months of my life. I met wonderful people, saw breathtaking landscapes, and had unforgettable experiences like sleeping under the stars in the Fish River Canyon. That experience made me realize how much this kind of adventure makes me feel good and truly alive.
I live in Italy, in a seaside town, and my family has always worked in the tourism industry, so I have experience in that field. I've also had several jobs involving the care of both domestic and wild animals.
I'm sure I'll find amazing experiences and meet incredible people! See you soon!!! :)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

My native language is Italian, but I also speak English quite well (B2 level). During high school, I studied graphic design, so I have some skills in this field — I’m able to design event posters, business cards, social media posts, and more.
Later, at university, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, where I gained hands-on experience with livestock such as cows and rabbits. I really enjoy working with farm animals and find it very rewarding to take care of them.
After that, I completed a Master's degree in "Nature Sciences and Management" and a postgraduate program in "Wildlife Conservation", which helped me develop skills in the care of both animals and plants. In fact, I’ve been growing a small vegetable garden in my backyard for years to support the needs of my mother and me. I’ve also had various experiences in the healthcare of domestic animals and in the rescue and rehabilitation of wildlife.I love all animals, but I have a soft spot for dogs. I have a female dog that I personally trained in obedience and agility.
Additionally, I’ve worked for over 10 years in my family’s tourism business, where I developed strong customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations, always aiming to provide the best possible service.

I am a positive and energetic person who always strives to maintain an optimistic outlook, no matter the situation. I tend to approach challenges with a can-do attitude. While I love socializing and spending time with people, I also recognize the importance of solitude. I find that quiet moments, where I can reflect and observe my surroundings, help me recharge and stay balanced. There's something peaceful and grounding about taking time to pause, listen, and simply be present in the moment
