Regarding our motivation, what excites us the most in the Workaway project is the opportunity to meet new people from different corners of the world. Exchanging experiences and getting to know various cultures are invaluable experiences for us. We are also inspired by the feeling that we can contribute in some way and help hosts achieve their goals.

If we had to say a few words about ourselves, we would say that we are not afraid of work, we are friendly, we can get along with people and learn new things quickly. We are a big lovers of animals and sports. As for joys, we enjoy nature and outdoor activities the most. We love strolling through beautiful landscapes, traveling, and exploring new places. We also love sports. We like getting involved in various cultural events and learning about local traditions.

We are ready to travel the world and the destination is not our priority.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Dominik:
I studied at Škoda Auto University with a focus on business and international marketing. I would rate my English as good.
As for work, I used to work every holiday at my dad's cotton processing company. After high school I did a summer job in a warehouse at Skoda Auto. In college, I then took on an internship, specifically in the sales department with a focus on fleet sales. I've been in this department for almost 5 years now. My job here is to evaluate support for wholesale customers, prepare reports, work with special systems and also prepare presentations for executives.

Martina:
After high school I started to study at the Czech University of Agriculture. Here I graduated with a bachelor's degree in business and administration and I am currently continuing my master's studies here. As a student, I had a lot of part-time jobs. For example, a receptionist at a hotel, a barista at a fresh bar, a shop assistant and office work in the accounting department of an automation company. I am currently working in an educational company with a focus on languages. Here I prepare various documents that are needed or work in the internal system.

Dominik & Martina:
We are hard workers and a fast learners. We like to meet new people, new places and new cultures associated with those places. We are also not afraid of challenges and obstacles and always try to find a way to solve everything in the best possible way.

We are active persons. I, Dominik, play table tennis competitively. My girlfriend Martina plays handball competitively. My girlfriend and I like hiking, trips and travelling. We also like to play various desk games and also we Iove food.
