Hi there!
Diego: I'm a big Nature lover. I have participated to courses on natural agriculture and worked in an organic garden for the past year. I would like to learn more about bioconstruction, living off grid, being self sufficient and grow food in the most sustainable and healthy way for ourselves, the Earth and all living beings. I follow a plant based lifestyle, supporting local farmers and eating organic whole foods that are in season. I use natural personal products and i would enjoy learning how to make them also.
I am 37 , from Mexico. I'm Mexican/Italian. I have lived half my life in Mexico and half in Italy, and one year period in Usa (Taos ,New Mexico). I studied Professional Cooking School in Northern Italy and after 8 years working in kitchens i decided to go for a more outdoor job and, as i love nature, i started working as a gardener/farmer. I enjoy a lot to be in nature and get my hands full of dirt. My father is a Landscape Architect and passed down to me his passion and learnings. I did the Permaculture Course in Mexico and i love to put what i've learned in practice and to learn more from everybody. I enjoy cooking, especially chopping and cutting, so i'm a great helper.
I love to meditate and have nice and long walks by the sea or in the woods, this brings me happiness as well as working in the garden or in the house with joy and serenity in my heart.

Fulvia: I am 31 years old from Naples. I have worked with children as a nurse in London for 2 years then I have decided to leave the big city and move back to South Italy. In the meantime I have graduated as a Health Coach with the English College of Naturopathic Medicine.
I have done an online course on Whole foods plant based cooking and one on Vegan Permaculture. I have also worked as a waitress in a vegan hotel in the summer 2025.
My biggest passion is buying organic plant based food directly from the producers and preparing healthy simple meals.
I have been eating raw vegan until dinner for a while and I love this lifestyle, it makes me feel more energised and connected to people, animals and Nature.
I don't smoke nor drink alcohol nor consuming any drugs nor consume any industrial junk food and I prefer being in an environment where I am not surrounded by people doing these things.
I have experience in fruits and olives picking, growing vegetables and making tomato sauce preserves and olives in brine to store for the winter.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Diego: I'm good at working in the garden, growing food, cooking, cleaning, painting. I'm confident in driving a tractor and using tools such as: chainsaw, lawnmower and string trimmer. I am is also a great woodcutter. I've got some experience in general maintenance. I'm very accurate and I put a lot of passion in everything h

And of course I'm willing to learn new things and help in other fields.

Fulvia: I am good at sustainable food shopping, cooking healthy balanced meals, growing food, keeping the house clean and tidy, looking after children and playing with them.

Was noch ...

Diego: I love listening to music especially mantras and peaceful music, sunbathing, playing board games, painting "Pollock style" pictures with lots of colors, practicing and teaching Rebirthing/Breathwork and I'm also passionate about photography.
I love as well going to the beach, hiking, swimming and participating in actions in the street raising awareness about sustainable empathic living.

Fulvia: I love being in Nature, singing, swimming, cycling, hiking, going to second hand markets and farmers markets.
