Beschreibung

My name is Daniel Hernández Glez. I am from Mexico, and I was born in the city of León, Guanajuato. For over 10 years, I have found my passion in working with people towards the love and care of the planet. It all began when I moved to the state of Chiapas, Mexico, which is one of the most diverse states in the country. From 2012 to 2019, I had the opportunity to collaborate as part of the 'Socio-Environmental Education' team in the 'Moxviquil' nature reserve. It was there that I pursued my master's degree in Participatory Environmental Education and Communication. During these seven years, we designed projects, workshops, and coordinated volunteer efforts with young people from various parts of the world who shared an interest in education, sustainability, regeneration, and agroecology.

Starting in 2015 and continuing to the present day, I was invited to serve as a lecturer at the University of the Environment, which is ranked among the best in Latin America. This university is located in the State of Mexico, and the master's program I teach is called 'Educational Innovation for Sustainability.' Additionally, in 2022, I was invited to collaborate with 'The Nature Conservancy' as a Specialist in Sustainable Community Development in the state of Chiapas.
I have co-founded environmental and educational projects such as 'Por la Montaña,' which is a center for agroecology and environmental education, and 'Futbol ConSiente,' where we utilize various methodologies and pedagogy through sports to promote values, children's rights, gender equality, and the right to play.

I am a person enthusiastic about learning and collaborating with diverse individuals in environmental, educational, and agroecological projects. I consider myself sensitive, committed, and careful, with the willpower and determination to give my all to be part of communities that promote sustainability and the regeneration of the spaces we inhabit
