Hi! I am an adventurous single mama with a delightful 3yo daughter. We've done a fair bit of travel and lots of house and pet sitting, and looking to expand our horizons and explore places I might like to settle, through Workaway. We currently live in the Latrobe Valley at 500m in a small town, but I actually like the weather even cooler!

I did WWOOFing in my 20s, and got my PDC in that time, have had a variety of adventures in the meantime, but skills I have include design, painting (art & house), tiling, gardening, hairdressing inc dreadlocks, sewing, parenting & child minding, yoga teacher (but a bit rusty as haven't taught since my daughter came along). When travelling all of these things need to be done with my daughter with me (unless she might be with other kids &/or another responsible older person) so aware we won't be suitable for all hosts but are likely to be a good fit for hosts looking for house & pet sitting, help with tasks that aren't dangerous to small kids, and hosts with kids generally as I'm happy to be the responsible adult while you get non-kid friendly tasks done. We'd love to work & play with you!

Was noch ...

I'm deeply concerned about the climate crisis. I want to learn more about indigenous cultures and living within our means. I cherish being a parent and would love to spend time with other folks who hold reverence for the earth and want to live in ways more attuned to natural cycles. I lived offgrid for 2 years 2020-2021 and would like to again. I am passionate about EVs and happy to answer any questions about my Mitsubishi Minicab-MiEV we travel in, though I also have an ebike and emotorcycle back home.
