Soy amante de la naturaleza. Me encanta disfrutar de entornos verdes y respirar aire puro. Practicar yoga y respiración consciente me nutre el alma a diario y me ayuda a estar en el presente. Me encanta experimentar todas las posibilidades que ofrece mi cuerpo. También me gusta cantar, tocar la flauta y hacer manualidades. Viajar, conocer y rodearme de personas de diferentes culturas ha aportado mucho a mi vida; he abierto nuevas perspectivas y he descubierto nuevas maneras de ver el mundo. En los últimos años, viajé para conocer un poco de cada país de Sudamérica; explore parte de Alemania, Dinamarca y Albania y despues de hacer una formacion de profesora de yoga en India, fuy un tiempo a Thailandia para aprender masaje Thailandes, ahora estoy explorando Nepal, ¡mientras me sumerjo en mí misma! Viajar sola me ha permitido descubrir muchas partes de mí que no conocía. Me encanta y lo estoy disfrutando muchísimo. Estoy abierta a descubrir nuevas habilidades y a sacar lo mejor de mí en cada experiencia. ¡Es un viaje de autodescubrimiento!

I am an inbound yoga instructor, it makes me happy to share this practice and teach people to get in touch with their body and senses. I love to sing and although I am not an expert, I like to play some string instruments and the flute, I enjoy making crafts in macramé, beads, I like to paint, knit and cook; I really enjoy activities that involve creativity. I have participated in different ecological projects as a volunteer in South America, I like to plant and contact with the earth is something that fills me with a lot of positive energy.
