Hi, I’m Brooke 🤍

I’m a yoga teacher and wellness lover with a background in holistic beauty and therapies. I run my own beauty business back home, but right now I’m travelling, teaching, and looking for meaningful exchanges.

I'm a 500hr Yoga teacher with training in India and Bali.
My yoga style is slow, grounding, focused on breath, and building strength without force.
I create calm, welcoming classes that help people reconnect and feel good in their bodies.

I’m adaptable, hands on, and happy to get involved beyond teaching, whether that’s helping with hostel life, guest experience, cleaning, social media, or eco / outdoor projects. I enjoy being part of a team and contributing to the overall energy of a place.

I bring a calm, positive presence and genuinely love connecting with people from different backgrounds.

- I'm a 500hr Yoga teacher, and have taught classes in England, Sri Lanka, Thailand and i've taught online yoga classes but i'm looking for an exchange to teach more!

- I own a business in holistic beauty treatments, massage, eyelashes, brow treatments. I've built and manage all aspects of the business including branding, bookings, accounting, and marketing so am happy and confident to help with social media / promotion tasks.

- I have experience being a domestic cleaner and maintained exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation in homes and businesses. I built lasting client relationships and consistently received positive feedback on my professionalism.

- I have experience working in hospitality as a waitress and barista. Here I was recognised by management for delivering excellent customer service and I contributed to a team-oriented environment with a strong work ethic and reliability.
