Beschreibung
After working for almost 10 years in a factory its time to go out and explore. I like being outside and meeting new people. Also i dont mind hard work and im open to learn some new skills.

These are some of the basic skils i have;

At school i started with carpentry after that i worked via an agency at all kinds of jobs. For example; road work, placing plastic windowframes, road paving (with stones) and concrete worker.
I have worked at a company that makes concrete walls (also insulated) and balconies for mainly appartement buildings. Here i started as a sandblaster and grew to be the leader of the repair-man and responsible for the main quality after production.
Since april 2025 im working on a charter ship sailing the Wadden sea with guests (max 16 on this ship). Part of my job was being a host and work all the sails with the guests .

Together with two other workawayers we cleaned and painted a part of her house. In our free time Tove made sure we went on all kinds of adventures like evening hikes, kayaking (which is harder than i thought😂) and even a trip to a off grid cabin🙏.

Conclusion of a 1 week stay: Barteld is a 5-stars-workawayer! He's not afraid to get his hands dirty, he's respectful to the house 'rules', he's good company and he doesn't look at the clock regarding 'work hours'. Barteld went out of his way and proved himself to be a superb volunteer.… read more
