Hey, I'm Anna, nickname Ajay. Currently travelling in Canada on a working holiday visa, trying to figure out which direction of profession/education I want to go in. I'm interested in everything environment and sustainability, including but not limited to sustainable architecture and construction, permaculture gardening and self-sufficient farms, and environmental sciences.
Apart from these more professional interests, I write and draw a lot, love listening to music, and enjoy being in nature no matter the activity. I am generally a rather calm, quiet person who can always find something to do by myself and enjoy small gatherings better than big parties.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

After finshing school with very good results, I spent a year as a volunteer construction worker on houses under monument protection. I mostly worked with wood framing, adobe brick laying, and loam rendering, but got the opportunity to collect some all-round experience working on a lot of different tasks with a variety of hand and power tools.
Since then I've been working as a barista in a small bakery in British Columbia, Canada, preparing food and drinks as well as interacting directly with the customers.
Outside of school I had some work experience in the field of animal care (goats, sheep, chickens) and gardening, as well as completing an international exchange program about media and journalism.

Was noch ...

I enjoy playing card games and word games, but most of my free time is used for various crafting activities that keep my hands busy. Embroidery, making bracelets, crocheting as the newest addition... I'm always happy to try and learn something new.
