Hi everyone, I´m Antonia from Germany.
Right after finishing my A-levels in 2021, I volunteered in Ireland on an organic farm where we grew a wide variety of plants. This experience, together with my passion for plants, motivated me to study horticulture with a focus on vegetable production. As I am now finishing my studies, I would love to combine my skills with my desire to travel and volunteer again.
My biggest passion is nature. I love being outdoors, enjoying the weather, hiking, camping, gardening, and exploring new places. I enjoy working with my hands and am always eager to learn new practical skills, especially in woodwork, maintenance, and gardening.
I have been vegan since 2020 and love cooking and baking. I grew up with two younger brothers in a very musical household, learned to play the piano for many years, and enjoy singing and making music.

I am currently completing my Bachelor's degree in Applied Plant Biology at the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück, Germany. During my studies, I focused on horticulture, particularly vegetable production. I also gained knowledge in fruit and flower production, as well as garden management.
I have worked as a volunteer on an organic farm in Ireland and completed an internship at an experimental farm for vegetable production. Through this experience, I am confident with planting, weeding, harvesting, basic soil care and general garden maintenance. I enjoy working outdoors and am used to physical work in all kinds of weather.
I am motivated to learn new skills and am happy to help with all kinds of projects. I work carefully, reliably, and enjoy learning new skills. I am a reliable, calm, and open-minded person who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
