Hello everyone, I'm currently a student in my home country germany and strive to become a teacher of English and German. Before that I completed my nursing degree and am still currently working as a nurse in nightshifts. As probably apparent by my job choices, I'm a community oriented person with my biggest wish being to contribute to a more loving and welcoming society for everyone. I love people, animals and nature. One of my other jobs is in the Equal opportunities Project at RWTH University in my choosen home town Aachen. For me it is vital that my placement in any facility aligns with my core beliefs - namely that everyone should have the right to live the way they want - as long as no one gets hurt by it and on the basis of respect for nature.
I enjoy learning new things - a focus of mine would be to better my English Skills.
I don't mind some work in the fields I have experience in (like crafting social media content, teaching, nursing or care for elders..) however, I am primarily looking for a stay in which I can reconnect with nature and do someting meaningful with my hands. Because at core, I am an outdoor person. As a child I helped my dad who did garden and landscaping work. So I helped to cut trees, do construction work and care for plants which I really enjoyed. I'am also quite skilled in caring for dogs as I grew up with them and helped a former friend of mine resocialize dogs, she worked for the animal wellfare system in germany. I am a decent cook and wouldn't mind cooking for my team/family. I am also quite independet and can manage a household on my own which I do for ~13ish years now, because I had to care for my parents and do take care for myself since 18.
Overall I am a very positive person and like to enjoy life, I am open honest and maybe sometimes a little too upfront. But I deeply care about huamanity, environment and animals.
In my freetime I enjoy every kind of movement, I am very active, like to go on long hikes, swim, fish and just be in nature. At home because of the little time I usually have (I have three jobs by choice), I do Yoga at home and go the gym usually.
Of course I don't expect you to take care for my entertainment, however, I might have a lot of ideas on what I could do and ask you if you want to join :D

Was könntest du arbeiten?

My father is a gardener - so I have basic skills in gardening and did even help to cut bigger trees
I can cook basic meals and bake bread
I'm a nurse so I know how to take care of wounds and know basic life support
I'm a great listener (I'm the one in the friend group who everyone goes to for support)
In RWTH University I work as a student assistent managing the IT System for my facility, teach students in a tutorial for a specific Lecture (Linguistic Approaches and Applications) and do a lot of organizing tasks for my Professor
In the Euqual Opportunities Project I manage the Social Media Account so I know how to design different media for Instagram, YouTube etc.
I have a thing for languages and tend to pick up phrases quite fast
I am a dedicated and hard working person who likes to aquire new skills and learn
I am an outdoors person, I like fishing, sailing, hiking, and in general being out in nature
I am quite strong as I work out in the Gym to stay fit and be able to support my patients in case they need it :)

Was noch ...

I love music and really listen to almost everything, also I love to dance, sing and enjoy drawing, painting and designing. I also enjoy tidying up, sorting and constructing systems which help to streamline processes.
In my freetime and if the weather is accordingly, you usually find me fishing, sailing, hiking, or out with my friends.
Im not a great small talker though - I like the listening part more, but if you ask me, I'm very open and willing to share information (even about the weather :))
