Beschreibung
Hello! We are Eliesha and Analise, two 24 year old English girls from the rural countryside with a love for exploring and enjoying all our world has to offer. We have been travelling together for the last 5 years, in that time we've been lucky enough to live in The Gambia for 5 months, supporting the local community through fundraising and developing sustainable gardens in the community, immersing ourselves in the culture and living life back to the basics. We have also explored Europe, Australia and South East Asia, volunteering in a wide range of work from animal sanctuary's to strawberry selling to hostel work. When we are not volunteering, camping and hostel hopping are our favourite ways to travel.
We are an easy going but hard-working pair with experience in childcare, hospitality, gardening, fundraising and customer service, however we enjoy getting our hands dirty and learning new skills so will be up for anything! We are so excited for our next adventure. Our passions lie with the outdoors and animals, we are yearning to discover more of what our world has to offer while meeting new people and expanding our knowledge.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
We have both worked with animals and children as well as in customer service, hospitality and more. Analise is a qualified Teaching Assistant, working primarily with children with additional needs but also with a lot of experience in Boutique Hotels and silver service. Eliesha is newly graduated with a Bachelors degree in Neuroscience and is currently working as an outdoor activities instructor, training people of all ages in activities such as target shooting and all-terrain quad biking. Although we both love our line of work, we're ready to explore again and want to experience life outside of our comfort zone, make life long friends and learn new skills. We are both motivated individuals who have taken part in Workaways before and have wide sets of skills and interests that we hope to develop further.
We are not afraid of hard work and love getting our hands dirty. We have experience in sustainable horticulture from our time in The Gambia and caring for over 50 dogs in an animal shelter in Thessaloniki, Greece, personal gardening projects at home in England and helping to open and work ina hostel in Thailand. We thrive in new, enriching environments and hope to surround ourselves with people that share our passions.

Although we love to explore the outdoors, we both enjoy a cosy night in, watching films and playing our favourite board games, Carcasonne and Settlers of Catan.
Analise has further employment in house sitting and childcare, she has a passion for ensuring children thrive in an outdoor environment and enjoys introducing them to crafts and the greater outdoors. She has vast training and knowledge in child development. Eliesha job entails hosting group events in outdoor activities, so she is confident public speaking and ensuring guests have a good time. In her spare time she likes to create house projects, such as cleaning and landscaping and attempting some YouTube DIY. She would love to gain some more knowledge in building and mechanics, she also has a passion for gardening and creating beautiful spaces.
Our aim is to create a sustainable lifestyle and eventually create a home with this knowledge in the future!
