¡Hello!! My name is Ana. I live in León, a small historic town in the north of Spain. I am a music and primary school teacher. I am currently enjoying a sabbatical year until September 2025.I like knowing the culture of other countries travelling, living experiences and share time with the natives of a place, that is, know through their eyes.

¡Hola!! Mi nombre es Ana. Vivo en León, un pequeño pueblo histórico en el norte de España. Soy profesora de música y de primaria. Actualmente estoy disfrutando de un año sabático hasta el 1 de septiembre.Me gusta conocer la cultura de otros países viajando, vivir experiencias y compartir tiempo con los nativos de un lugar, es decir, conocer a través de sus ojos.

Household chores,shopping, gardening, organizing are things that I have been doing systematically for many years.
I have driven regularly for 30 years, to go to work or move to different cities and for half a year now I have had a taxi driving license in my city.
I have some knowledge of classical guitar and ukulele, although I'm not very talented. I know well is the musical language, and I can teach how to read sheet music.
I like computing, making digital editing videos, podcasting and editing music.
Last year we embarked on renovating our apartment, so I had to do a lot of masonry stuff, but only as an assistant. You have to have a lot of tools to carry out this job.
I have been in contact with animals: I had a garden, chickens, a horse... but it is not what I am best at, although I can help with everything.
In my younger days, until I was 24, I was a professional athlete (handball player), so I have notions of sports, stretching, relaxation, teamwork, etc...
I like feeling useful and help in whatever way I can.
I love going out into the mountains and doing mountain routes, reading, listening to music, playing guitar, cooking...
My family and friends define me as a simple, calm, empathetic, assertive and happy person. I don't like to complicate my life or argue.

Las tareas del hogar, la compra, el jardín, la organización, son cosas que llevo haciendo muchos años de manera sistemática.
Conduzco desde hace 30 años de forma habitual, para ir al trabajo o moverme a diferentes ciudades, desde hace medio año tengo la licencia de conducción de taxi de mi ciudad. Tengo algunas nociones de guitarra clásica y ukelele, aunque no tengo mucho talento. Lo que conozco bien es el lenguaje musical, y puedo enseñar a leer partituras. Me gusta la informática, hacer vídeos de edición digital, hacer podcast y editar música.
El año pasado nos embarcamos en la reforma de nuestro piso, con lo que tuve que aprender un montón de cosas de albañilería, pero solo de ayudante. Hay que tener mucha herramienta para desenvolver ese trabajo.
He estado en contacto con animales: tuve una huerta, gallinas, un caballo... pero no es lo que mejor se me da, aunque puedo echar una mano en todo.
En mis tiempos jóvenes, hasta los 24 años, fui deportista profesional( jugadora de balonmano), así que tengo nociones deportivas, de estiramientos, relajación, trabajo en equipo, etc...
Me gusta sentirme útil y ayudar en todo lo que pueda.
Me encanta salir al monte y hacer rutas de montaña, leer, escuchar música, tocar la guitarra, cocinar.. . Mis familiares y amigos me definen como una persona sencilla, tranquila, empática, asertiva y alegre. No me gusta complicarme la vida ni discutir.
