Hi, my name is Alexandre

I am a French traveler with a passion for adventure and nature. After years of dreaming about wide-open spaces, I finally took the leap: I’m heading to New Zealand for a year with a Working Holiday Visa (WHV).

Hiking is more than just a hobby for me; it’s a true passion. I love exploring new trails, admiring breathtaking landscapes, and living in harmony with nature.

I am a curious, motivated, and reliable person, always ready to learn and share enriching experiences. This journey is also an opportunity for me to improve my English, and I’m excited to make progress by interacting with locals and experiencing authentic moments.

In exchange for warm accommodation, I can help in a variety of areas, including:

I am a versatile and motivated individual, eager to contribute to a wide range of tasks during my stay. Here are some areas where I can offer valuable help:

Animal care: I enjoy spending time with animals and am happy to take care of them. Whether it's feeding, walking, grooming, or simply providing companionship, I am ready to assist with whatever the animals need.

Cooking and culinary sharing: Cooking is one of my greatest passions, and I love sharing meals with others. Whether it's preparing traditional dishes or trying new recipes, I enjoy creating delicious meals and bringing people together around food. I can help with meal preparation, cooking, and even share culinary tips, ensuring that meals are healthy and enjoyable.

DIY and manual work: I have a lot of energy and am particularly excited about getting involved in DIY projects and manual work. Whether it’s repairing things, assembling furniture, or participating in maintenance projects, I’m always eager to take on new challenges. Working with my hands and solving practical problems is something I find highly motivating!

General housekeeping: I can also assist with various housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, organizing, laundry, and general maintenance. I take pride in keeping spaces clean and comfortable for everyone.

Gardening (beginner level, but full of energy): While I’m still a beginner in gardening, I have boundless energy and enthusiasm for getting involved in outdoor space maintenance. I am especially motivated to learn and help with tasks like watering, planting, and general garden upkeep.
