What I love most about traveling isn't just discovering new places, but also learning about the customs and way of life of the local people. I enjoy immersing myself in new cultural experiences and learning about the wildlife of different parts of the world (especially birds). Once I'm back home, I like to reminisce about my adventures and share them with my family and friends through the photos I've taken, especially of everyday details from each place. Traveling also presents me with challenges I wouldn't face if I stayed within my comfort zone, and I find it incredibly rewarding when I see that I can overcome them. My purpose in life is to never stop learning about the topics that interest me, and I achieve this primarily through experience, which also allows me to learn more about myself and my inner world.

Lo que más me gusta de viajar no es sólo conocer lugares nuevos sino las costumbres y la forma de vivir de la gente del lugar. Me gusta nutrirme de nuevas experiencias culturales y aprender sobre la vida salvaje de las distintas partes del mundo (especialmente aves). Una vez de vuelta a mi país me gusta rememorar las aventuras vividas y transmitírselas a mi familia y amigos a través de las fotos que he hecho, especialmente de detalles cotidianos de cada lugar.
Viajando también me enfrento a retos a los que no tendría que enfrentarme si no saliese de mi zona de confort, y encuentro muy gratificante cuando veo que puedo superarlos.
Mi propósito en la vida es no dejar nunca de aprender de los temas que me interesan, y eso lo consigo especialmente a través de la experiencia, lo cual también me permite aprender mas de mi misma y de mi mundo interior.

I have a degree in computer engineering, so I'm quite familiar with programming and web development.

One of my hobbies is photography, and I also manage the Instagram account for my local birdwatching group, so I have a basic understanding of social media.
At home, I try to fix things myself, so I have some experience with repairs: I've painted my doors and walls, done plastering, and even knocked down a brick wardrobe. I also volunteered at a community center in Germany helping with the repairs, so I can handle these kinds of tasks with prior instructions. :)
I also love learning new skills that allow me to be self-sufficient or simply enjoy creating something on my own or as part of a team.
Regarding languages, my native language is Spanish, but I worked for years at a company in the USA, so my English is fluent.
I've also done pet sitting, both through an app and for friends' pets, mainly dogs.

Soy ingenieria informatica, asi que estoy bastante familiarizada con el tema de programación y de web.
Uno de mis hobbies es la fotografía, y también llevo el instagram del grupo ornitológico de mi zona, por lo que tengo un conocimiento básico de manejo de redes sociales.
En mi casa intento arreglar y apañar las cosas por mi misma, así que tengo algo de experiencia con tareas de reparación: he pintado las puertas de mi casa y las paredes, enyesado, derribado un armario de ladrillos... También realicé un voluntariado en una casa comunidad en Alemania ayudando en la reparación del ético, puedo realizar este tipo de tareas con instrucciones previas :)
Además me encanta aprender nuevas habilidades que me permitan ser autosuficiente o simplemente disfrutar de crear algo por mí misma o en equipo.
En cuanto a idiomas, mi lengua materna es el Español, pero he trabajado durante años en una empresa de USA, así que mi inglés es fluido.
También he realizado cuidado de mascotas, a través de una aplicación y de mascotas de amigos, principalmente perros.

I love wildlife, birds specially. I am currently learning how to be bird ringer for scientific purposes.
I also like photography, apart from widlife photography I like to take photos of small details of daily life.
Hiking is also one of my favorite things in the word.
These three hobbies are pretty combinable!
I also love music! I listen all kind of genres and love discovering new music. I used to pley drums, still remember how to do it at a basic level. Currenly I am learning to play guitar. And I take singing lessons of the regional music of my place, jota aragonesa.

Me encanta la vida silvestre, especialmente las aves. Actualmente estoy aprendiendo a anillar aves con fines científicos.
También me gusta la fotografía; además de la fotografía de vida silvestre, me gusta fotografiar pequeños detalles de la vida cotidiana.
El senderismo es otra de mis actividades favoritas.
¡Estas tres aficiones se complementan muy bien!

¡También me encanta la música! Escucho todo tipo de géneros y me encanta descubrir música nueva. Solía ​​tocar la batería y aún recuerdo cómo hacerlo a nivel básico. Actualmente estoy aprendiendo a tocar la guitarra. Y tomo clases de canto de la música regional de mi tierra, la jota aragonesa.
