We need now for the holiday time a housekeeping! Beginning immediately!
Hi, sometimes we need help for housekeeping, because we have to go out some days for family affairs. So it would be better to have help from a couple, so they didin't feel so alone ;-)
Hello, we are a German couple are living in Maremma-Tuscany near to Grosseto (by the sea) and 50 km from Siena since 1988.
We have a house with a big garden where is growing saffron, olives, roses and many other things.
We need help in all seasons of the year. Your work could be mainly in the garden, but there is also something to help in the house, like cooking, painting ... and other small things when the weather or season is not so good for outdoor work.
Accommodation and meals, pick-up and return transport to the next bus and train station will be provided by us.
We are waiting for you, contact us. We speak Italian, English and German.

We are near to Campagnatico (3 km), Paganico (5 km) , Grosseto (20 km) , Seaside (30 km) , Siena (50 km)
The town centre of Grosseto is confined between the city walls, and can easily be explored in a few hours.
Medicean Walls. The city walls were begun by Francesco I de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany in 1574, and took 19 years to finish. They are largely preserved, and most of the walls can be walked.
St. Lawrence Cathedral (Duomo di Grosseto / Cattedrale di San Lorenzo), Piazza Dante Alighieri. This Romanesque cathedral, built in the 13th-15th century, is now largely the result of 19th century restoration works.
Palazzo Aldobrandeschi, Piazza Dante Alighieri. This pleasant neogothic reconstruction of a medieval palace dominates the adjacent square, where the locals gather in the evenings for a stroll and chat. It houses the seat of the province of Grosseto.

It was a very nice time with Anna-Katharina, who was always helpful. Although it was her first Workaway station, she brought a lot of experience with her. Her curiosity about the country and its people was striking. She formed a perfect team with the other two Italian helpers.

It was an unforgotable experience! Bodo is a really good host, super funny, flexible and helpful, and his farm is so peacefull with a wounderful landscape (and beautiful sunsets!).
