Beschreibung
Living in a single family house in Enns with four dogs. We have a small garden and a big terrace. We both work full time, in our spare time we spend time with our dogs, family, neighbors, like to be outside, stay in the nature, and improve our house. In spring 2021 we are going to build a carport in front of our house and finish our wooden fence.
Two rooms of our house have no special use. So it would be nice if somebody wants to live in one.
This somebody should enjoy to stay with us, can take part of our live just the way it fits to the situation.
We walk and train our dogs by ourselves, but they enjoy of not being alone during the whole day time. So it would be nice if there is someone who has time to give some goodies and cuddles.
We do have a housekeeper, but as we are really busy we would like to have somebody around to do some additional parts of the housework on days we are not able to manage it anymore.
As Enns is in the central part of upper Austria it is easy to use public transport to explore the surrounding like Linz or the Salzkammergut. It is also possible to use one of our cars if we don’t need it.
We like to cook but not everyday, especially not everyday during the working week, so we suggest not to supply food for somebody ;), so, nutrition should work in autonomous way for everyone.

Someone living with us should know what to do with his spare time. We like to host and have a nice time together, but we don’t like to kind of „babysit“ somebody or have to be a kind of Animateur. We give the insider tips of what to do, but to gain the general knowledge of what can be done and to arrange or organise things we suggest to ask google ;) This somebody should enjoy to stay with us, can take part of our live just the way it fits to the situation.
