  Hello, I am Kendall and my husband is Karl.
  
  We are looking for an individual or a couple that can come and take care of our place as well as our animals for the duration of May while we are away travelling, dates can be flexible. It would be great if we had some overlap time and we could do some bonding and share the area with you.
  We live in a picturesque part of the world close to Serta. We are on the edge of a village with 4,000 sq metres of land with fruit and olive trees. We have 2 dogs, a cat and 3 chickens (fresh eggs daily)! We love living in the countryside. There is the benefit of being really close to Serta as well as a heap of other lovely towns including Cernache do Bonjardim and Pedrogao. There will be a bit gardening and maybe some watering, weather dependant. Our dogs are medium sized and really lovalble, they are totally pampered and sleep indoors.
  Being able to drive a manual car is a must, we have a car that can be used but obviously having your own vehicle makes things easier.

  Karl is a landscape gardener and you will learn a lot of things from his experience. I am a great cook and can impart recipes. We are both able to help teach pruning, dry stone walling and general maintenance.

  Looking after pets, some general gardening. The property is on a sloped hill so you will need to be generally fit and abled.
