We are operating a small chalet by the river,we are looking for friendly and experience volunteers who are willing to stay here for a minimum period of 7 days. Volunteer Hours: (generally 3-5 hours per day).
Please be friendly and seek out duties without being asked.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: No alcohol or drugs are permitted. Volunteers are also encouraged to mingle and communicate with resort guests and friends.
TRANSPORTATION: Pick-ups and Drop-offs will be arrange by request.

Benefit the volunteers could get by learning the local cultures and local people. You could even climb Gunung Nuang the 86th highest peak in Malaysia at 1439 metres high (4898 feet) situated nearby along with other activities such as exploring the jungle, river,waterfalls and mountains.You can even join and learn the Orang Asli (Aborigines ) communities in the area.Learning the Orang Asli handicrafts.Most of the Orang Asli handicrafts are made from the mengkuang leaves, forest screwpine leaves, rattan, pulai wood and a type of wood called nyireh batu. Among their handicraft are figurine carvings, basket, mats, kelarai, pleated mengkuang leaves sacks and others.Local authorities and NGOs conduct programs and events with the Orand Asli communities. As well as the Malay people cultures and traditions.
For food you can cook or buy at the nearby shops .FREE accommodation will be provided.
Gardening/Landscaping (taking care of the grounds including cutting the grass and raking the leaves on a regular basis).
Housekeeping (including cleaning of the rooms, common areas, bathrooms, changing the pillow covers and bed sheets). Cleaning also includes , sweeping the floors, and mopping the floors.
