  We are a group of friends from Barcelona , which have a common passion: Sailing!!!
  About 5 years ago we started a regatta team
  We have sailed with different owners and different boats.
  Last summer we decided to start a new and fascinating project: to cross the Atlantic ocean!!!
  For that reason we went to Greece and bought a sailing boat.
  We are now working on it , reforming it , and preparing it to be able to accomplish our dream, that is why we need help to finish our project, and that is why we offer our boat for anyone that wants to stay in Barcelona, in a different and comfortable way.
  
  We would like motivated and reliable people to help with the maintenance of the boat.
  It would be useful, not essential, if you had experience of painting, sanding, carpentry and general boat type maintenance. There is also another kind of jobs that experience is not necessary.

  Somos un grupo de amigos de Barcelona, que estamos unidos por una afición común: ¡Navegar!.
  Hace 5 años que formamos un equipo de regatas
  Hemos navegado para varios armadores en diferentes veleros.
  El pasado verano decidimos emprender un fascinante proyecto: ¡cruzar el atlántico! y para ello, nos aventuramos a comprar un velero en Grecia.
  Ahora estamos trabajando en él, equipándolo y reformándolo para poder cumplir nuestro sueño, por lo que necesitamos ayuda para cumplir nuestro proyecto y por eso, ofrecemos nuestro barco para quien quiera alojarse en Barcelona de una forma diferente y confortable.
  
  Nos gustaría gente motivada y fiables para ayudar con el mantenimiento de la embarcación.
  Sería útil, no es esencial, si tienes experiencia en pintura, lijado, carpintería y en general mantenimiento de embarcaciones. También hay otro tipo de trabajos para los que no es necesario tener experiencia.

  Unterkunft

  We only offer accommodation, we do not offer food. On the boat there is a full kitchen where you can cook comfortably. There is also a large supermarket near the port.
  
  >>>Equipment:
  
  This boat has all the facilities and utilities of an apartment: Bed linen, and towels for all the guests
  Heating, Hot water showers, TV,DVD, Stereo, electronic navigational systems.
  Fridge, gas kitchen with a oven, small electrical appliances (microwave, coffee machine, nespresso, blender etc….
  Library. Free Wi-fi.
  
  >>>Where is the boat, and what services does the port offer?:
  
  It is in the harbour of Badalona.
  
  The Badalona's harbour is a recent construction; beside big beaches, and 10min from the centre of Barcelona. It is well communicated: bus in the port, train connections, tube and tram, all at about 30min from Barcelona airport. Access by road from the “rondas”, and the C-31 and the B-20. The port has all the services of a modern newly created harbour ; general headquarters with tourist information, meteorology . Communications: telephone ,fax, internet, radio VHF, Wi-Fi (free). Sailing school, and other nautical sports, boat ramps, infirmary, individual showers, and toilets , laundry, restaurants, coffee shops, post office, parking, touristic activities, boat charters, nautical shops.
  
  Our boat is in one of the best berths in the port and about 20 metres from the building were the private showers and toilets are.
  There is a private parking inside the port (12Euros/ day) and a free parking around the port in a quiet neighbour (3 minutes walking). There is also a big supermarket just outside the port.
  
  >>>>Security
  It is a very safe harbour to stay in, with limited access (electronic card) to the areas were the boats are moored. 24h security service with CC cameras and harbour personnel on site, specially during the night time.
  
  >>>>Do you have any doubts about the experience of staying/sleeping in a boat?:
  Don`t worry if you have never slept in a boat, we will show you with enough detail everything you need to know to make you feel very comfortable. This is a big boat that barely moves while moored to the harbour.

  Ofrecemos únicamente alojamiento, no ofrecemos la comida. En el barco hay una cocina completa donde podrás cocinar cómodamente. También hay un supermercado grande junto al puerto.

  Esta embarcación dispone de todas las comodidades y utensilios de un apartamento:
  Ropa de cama y toallas para todos los huéspedes
  Calefacción,Ducha de agua caliente,TV, DVD, equipo de música, electrónica para la navegación
  Frigorífico, cocina a gas con horno, pequeños electrodomésticos (microondas, cafetera nespreso, batidora, exprimidor...), Biblioteca. Wi-fi (gratuito).
  
  >>>>¿Dónde está situado el barco y qué servicios ofrece el puerto?
  
  Está situado en el puerto de Badalona.
  El puerto de Badalona de reciente construcción, está ubicado junto a grandes playas y a 10 minutos del centro de Barcelona. Buenas comunicaciones: autobús en el recinto, conexión a tren, metro y tranvía que sitúan en el aeropuerto de Barcelona a 20 minutos. Acceso a viales como las Rondas y la C-31 y la B-20. Dispone de todos los servicios de un puerto nuevo y moderno: Capitanía con información turística, de servicios y meteorología. Comunicaciones: teléfono, fax, Internet, radio VHF, wi-fi(gratuito).Escuela Municipal de Vela y Deportes Náuticos. Rampa para embarcaciones, Enfermería, Duchas y lavabos individualizados, Lavandería, Restaurantes y Cafeterías, Correos, Aparcamiento, Actividades Turísticas, Charter náutico, Tiendas náuticas.
  
  Nuestro barco está ubicado en uno de los mejores amarres del puerto de Badalona a una distancia de 20 metros de unos baños de uso exclusivo del club náutico que destacan por ser individuales.
  Hay un aparcamiento privado en el interior del puerto (12Euros / día) y un aparcamiento gratuito alrededor del puerto en un barrio tranquilo (3 minutos andando). También hay un gran supermercado justo fuera del puerto.
  
  >>>>Seguridad:
  Es un puerto con mucha seguridad, accesos restringidos a las zonas donde están atracados los barcos mediante tarjeta electrónica. Servicio de seguridad 24h con vigilancia monitorizada y personal del puerto patrullando constantemente especialmente por la noche.
  
  >>>>¿Tienes dudas acerca de cómo será la experiencia de alojarse en un barco?:
  No te preocupes si nunca te has alojado en un barco, te explicaremos con detalle todo lo que necesites para hacer tu estancia más cómoda. Este es un velero grande que apenas se mueve estando amarrado en el puerto.

  Barcelona is one of the most vibrant cities in Europe , we will give you some tips on what you can do and see in our city. You will not find any of this information in the tourist guide books.
  
  >>>Out and about:
  There is a bus connection in the port, that takes you to the train or tram (both 10min walk). There is also a beautiful short bicycle trip beside the sea towards the centre of Barcelona or Badalona.
  
  Two bicycles are free for every day of your stay.

  Hay una conexión de autobús en el puerto, que te lleva hasta el tren o el tranvía (ambos a 10 minutos andando). También hay un bonito y corto paseo en bicicleta al lado del mar hacia el centro de Barcelona o Badalona.
  
  Hay dos bicicletas gratis para los días de vuestra estancia.
