  It is a vegan, drug/alcohol/tobacco-free
  eco-project on a one-hectare land in Greece close to Volos. As a collective, we are creating a permaculture garden inspired by ancient Native cultures. Since we tend to self-sufficiency we are not connected to the electricity network. On the land is a well. A river is close by. The beach and the mountain are just within 10 minutes' walking distance.

  You can spend time in nature, and enjoy the many trails the wonderful Pilio mountain has to offer. The incredible diversity of this peninsula with its many beaches, rivers, forests, and mountains, the open Aegean sea on one side, and the calm Pagasetic golf on the other make it very special for the nature lover. In Greek mythology, It is the land of Chiron, the centaur who was the first teacher of the medicinal use of wild herbs, and actually, the Pilio is known for its very rich diversity of wild plants.

  Arbeit

  We need help with the construction of the infrastructure. Dry toilets, house renovation, and places for camping. We need to reshape the land since it was abandoned.

  We have members who speak Greek, English, French, and German. We try to communicate in English and ideally, we learn more Greek from our Greek members and participants since we are in Greece. But to have a good time together we speak English if there are language barriers.

  Unterkunft

  Tent on the property ⛺️ we provide a tent, sleeping mat, and a sleeping bag when needed, since we are not conected to the electricity network, in case you want to use your mobile phone we recomand you to bring with you a solar panel charger and a power bank.
  We want to focus on being together. Food is right not included but we want to share as much as we can. This is why we don't request to work more than 3 hours a day for 5 days a week. The supermarket in Koropi is within 23 minutes' walking distance and provides everything from fresh produce to grains, legumes, and processed products. An organic farm is also in the village where to get fresh vegetables. The project is vegan, alcohol-free, and tobacco-free. We expect participants/volunteers to respect those choices on the project's location.

  The beach is a 10 minute walk. You can go hiking in the 1600m altitude Pelion Mountain Range.
