  Olá! Thank you for your precious time to read about us! We are Chantal and Tijmen
  and our 2 kids, Everly (7) and Joe (3). We have expanded our family with our dog Shae and our 3 cats, Ollie, Lola and Pucky and last but not least, our 7 chickens.
  2 years ago we moved from Holland to Portugal to start a new life here. Our Casa do Cabeço is at the end of the beautiful village, Alombada, central Portugal. We offer 2 rooms for tourism rental in our house and have already welcomed many guest. We are still improving the land,8000m2, and the facilities around.
  Our outside space has stunning views across the mountains. Sit on the seating platform and look down to the beautifull view.

  HOUSESITTING - PETSITITNG for the period of 20 dec 24 - 03 jan 25
  
  We would like to visit our family in Holland sometimes and go away for some trips to explore other parts of this beautifull country. Because we don´t like to leave our pets alone, we are looking for someone to stay in our house to pet our cats and walk our dog and play with them. Also our chickens need to be fed and let in and out of their night shelter. We prefer you to come a few days earlier before we leave.
  The main tasks will be taking care of the wood burner (during the cold season from October to May), the animals, that means feeding them, petting them every now and then check the dog won´t be in trouble. She is a exploring adventures playfull dog, under 2 years old. We wish from you your love and confidence with animals and countryside, and happy with a quiet life in this little village. You will have plenty of time to explore the place and to enjoy the house, the garden and the beautiful surroundings. We prefer to host a couple or one person who own a car as the house is not on walking distance of shops etc.
  The availability from our rooms will be blocked during this period so no tourists will be here in the house.

  Unterkunft

  You will have a spacious and well equipped double room with double bed which we offer also for rent in tourism. You will have a private toilet and shower and there is a kitchenette with everthing you need. We have a spacious livingroom and a living kitchen which you can also use.
