As I live in a large home that is currently undergoing renovation, there is a variety of help required around the property. Tasks may include cleaning, household organisation, light gardening such as weeding and watering, and assisting with general household projects. Wherever possible, I will match tasks to your skills, experience, and interests.
The tasks are varied and provides an opportunity to learn practical skills while contributing to ongoing improvements around the home. I appreciate reliable, proactive, and respectful individuals who are comfortable working independently as well as following direction when needed.
While I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and sharing occasional conversations, guests should be comfortable entertaining themselves and exploring the local area during their free time. The nearby waterways, walking trails, and beaches offer plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

This single-storey home is currently undergoing renovation and ongoing improvements, offering a comfortable and relaxed place to stay. Accommodation includes a private bedroom with a single bed (looking to replace with a Queen bed), a spacious wardrobe, and access to a shared bathroom. Guests also have access to laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, and a designated area for meal preparation.
The home is located in a safe and convenient neighbourhood with easy access to public transport, including buses and trains, as well as cycling and walking paths. Cafés, parks, restaurants, shopping, and the beach are all within easy reach, making it an excellent base from which to explore the local area.
