  We are a retired couple. We live in the Northern Rivers area of NSW, very green and picturesque with numerous nation parks of world standing. We are just over one hours drive to the Gold Coast or Byron Bay. Our house is an old Queenslander set on 25 acres in a rural setting just 10 mins out of Nimbin. We have a cat and a dog, several chooks and a small heard of dorper sheep that we breed for meat. Also try to keep a well producing vegetable garden.

  Arbeit

  We always have small projects on the go and keep fairly busy around the farm. We would be looking for help with gardening, maintenance work around the house, whipper snipping, vege garden and some painting.

  Unterkunft

  We can offer 2 spare bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom and toilet for guest use only. We have a large airy house with 2 verandahs and a swimming pool. The house is run on a slow combustion stove for cooking and hot water and has a wood fireplace for heating in winter. We have a very private house surrounded by bush and rolling hills with heaps of birdlife and wallabies. We will cater all meals and for varying tastes. Guests would be welcome to assist with cooking and preparing meals if they want. We have plenty of fridge space and freezer space.

  There are several national parks in the area that are worth visiting. We would welcome the social interaction and experiences of different people.
