  Welcome. We are an international group of visionaries that are about to build a community eco village i
  Ventanilla, Oaxaca.
  Our vision is to create a modern way of living, selfsustainable and independent. While honoring and nurturing the community pillars to respect and protect the land, we imagine the possibilities of permaculture, eco-construction, renewable energy sources and community spaces to co-create, teach and learn from each other.
  In your time off you are invited to enjoy the beautiness, peacefulness and stillness of our land, enjoy the healthy lifestyle of slow living in Oaxaca. About half an hour walking you can reach the neighbor village, where you can take a collectivo to the vibrant and exciting city Puerto Escondido (15 mins drive). Our closest beach playa Ventanilla invites you for a surf or a swim.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  We offer you to be part of a revolutionary way of living, creating a unique place that will connect people with love to nature,art and alternative way of living. You will have the possibility to learn about permaculture and eco-construction. We offer you becoming part of our journey of living in a peaceful and quite environment. Living off the grid on the top of a mountain while being close to a vibrant city. Its very important for us to share our vision with the local neighbors, you will learn abut the big hearted Oaxacan culture and their delicious food. You will become part of Nemi family, sharing a life, cooking and eating fresh and local food and celebrating life together.

  Arbeit

  Our land is changing and developing every day. So will the help we need. At the moment we are cleaning the land around our very first settlement on the property. We need help in developing paths and streets, helping in eco-construction and realizing a food forest. We are looking for people who share a similiar vision of life and are ready to live off the grid with us.

  Unterkunft

  The stuff and volunteer house is under construction, as soon its done which we are expecting is in summer 2024 we will be ready to recieve our first volunteers. You will have your own room. There will be plenty of space for camping.
  
  Its very important for us to share our vision with the local neighbors, you will learn abut the big hearted Oaxacan culture and their delicious food. You will become part of Nemi family, sharing a life, cooking and eating fresh and local meals. We will have two meals per day together.
  
  We will have breakfast and lunch together every working day, we will have occasionally dinner together if we have a celebration or feast in the community. For dinner and a snack in between as well as days off we will provide fruits and Veggies as well as grains, beans and Pasta. You can also buy own food and store it in one of the volunteer cupboards.
