Beschreibung
We are Bruno (30) and Anne (34) we like nature, surfing and travelling. We speak German, English and Spanish.
We preferably would like to host SURFERS but everyone is welcome!
Our house is in a rural village located 8 minutes from the sea. It is a beautiful area surrounded by fields, trees, animals, farm atmosphere and other houses. There are many great surf spots near and we have lots of tips! You can also practice any watersport you wish.
It is a quiet place, where you can listen to the birds, animals and relax. In spring, summer and autumn the sunny days are very pleasant. There are many forests and mountains around where you can walk and hike, waterfalls and rivers.
Just 10 minutes from the house is the town of Foz which has a lot of atmosphere, especially in summer. There you can find restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife, and other activities if you like.
We are travellers as well and have been to many countries for longterm, backpacking or even just holidays so we understand very well your situation. We will help you in everything we can to make sure you have a nice time and you feel comfortable here.

Arbeit
We offer accommodation for a maximum of 2 volunteers, in exchange for 4 hours of help per day Monday to Friday, which can be done at any time of the day. The tasks would be to help with the general care of the house outside with tasks such as cutting the grass in the field, pruning bushes, painting fences, organizing... You can also organize to work more hours/day and have more days off.
We love surfing and surf almost every day if there are waves.

Unterkunft
Our house is two large houses joined together, one new and one old which is being renovated, surrounded by fields and fruit trees. We live in one house and the other house is where you stay, so you have your own space and privacy.
The house is one big room with 2 beds, kitchen, sofas, wardrobes, desks, fireplace and a bathroom... just for 2 volunteers.

MANDATORY QUESTIONS TO ANSWER:
1º- The house is 10 minutes by car (40 min by bike) from the next town and so supermarkets, bars, beaches... and there's no public transport. We can NOT drive you to places and we do not have bikes. That means volunteers should share the rental of a car, or if 1 volunteer brings their own car then someone without car could come, so just ask me to organize it.
- ¿Would you be willing to rent a car with another volunteer or maybe share your own car so you can have more freedom while you are here? (Prices for rental are around 150€/week for the car, so 75€/week each volunteer).
2º- ¿Do you OFTEN surf? .If so, what do you think is your level? Do you have you own surfboard/wetsuit? You would need to rent material in case you want to surf. (15€/day)
3º - The apartment is one big room with 2 single beds, kitchen, sofas, wardrobes, desk, fireplace and a bathroom... just for only 2 volunteers.
