  Beschreibung

  Our institution, , has been recognized through the years for its quality and good will. During the time, we have been establishing agreements with different international organizations which have given us the opportunity to take our students abroad.
  Since 2003 we have been the local leaders in language teaching processes in French and English. Our process gives the chance to our tutors (Colombian teachers) to teach these languages with the help of international assistants to recognize their weaknesses and strengths and practice what we have been involving in our classes in a real situation.
  
  We have established two different periods in the year for our academic purposes. They are based on the national academic calendar, January-June and July-December. Our classes have different shifts, in the morning, afternoon, night and saturday. Most of our students are teenagers and kids from 6 years old.
  The levels we have students at are focused on the European Common Framework in which we would love to have your assistance to achieve our goals.
  
  If you want to visit and come to our city, Florencia is located in the south of Colombia at the foothill of the eastern colombian mountain chain. We are proudly called "The Golden Gate to the Amazon" where you will find amazing different landscapes, fauna, flora to the place you come from. The weather is always hot and humid due to the fact we are in the tropic, that's why we do not have seasons and the gastronomy is unique because of the diverse fruits and vegetables.
  Our city is small, cheap and quiet, and it is near different archaeological parks, there are a lot of indigenous places like: Malokas, rivers, landscapes. Our people are kind, humble, and fun You will never be alone and you will always have to do a fun activity.
  three options, AVIANCA, SATENA and EASYFLY airlines where we have different flight schedules and we will pick you up at the airport! Other option is by bus. There are a lot of bus companies travelling from Bogota to Florencia with frequencies every 20 minutes one from the other. If you want to come by bus, it is a long ride(Aproximately 10 hours) and the last bus coming departing is at 11 pm.
  
  The only risk you run coming is WANTING TO STAY!!

  Your main task will be to join low-advanced students in speaking classes, during maximum 4 hours per day, from Monday to Friday and Saturdays. The minimum lenght of your stay will be 2 weeks.
  
  As a foreigner you will have the chance to practice our language and experience our culture and share yours. We will give you a participation certificate you can attach to your CV

  Arbeit

  We need native English speakers (French too, but it s better if you speak both languages) who love teaching. If you agree with our porposal, your job, will be helping us to improve skills of our students through sharing your culture with the students and teachers, teaching some English lessons, being a guest in classes or a co-teacher.

  Furnished shared apartment, single room, private bathroom, A/C, kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator.
  
  We will cover your food from Monday to Friday include: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In our country breakfast is: eggs, bread and fruit with drinks. A lunch is rice, beef, chicken or fish, with salad, soup and juice. and a dinner it´s juice in milk, regional bread, or eggs. it depends on your likes.
  
  Unlimited internet connection. We will pick up from the bus terminal or the airport.

  In your free time you could travel to different parts of the country, the way through the country is safe and there are beautiful sights on the way, like the Tatacoa Desert or the Magdalena River, Caños cristales the most important of Colombia. Outside activities: cycling, volleyball, dancing, , go clubbing, visiting the whole city, BBQ's, camping, horse riding, canoeing, fishing, hiking, climbing, drinking if you want, kayaking. Our city has a tropical weather, Swimming in rivers,
  
  Rates: Taxi 1,5 USD, Bus 50 cents.

  We have around 30 touristic places to visit; most of them are located around the city and are related to ecotourism.
  
  There different archaeological sites are scattered over a large area. If you have the time walking is the best option, the scenery on the way is amazing. Hail down the local busses to El Parque arqueologico or El Tablon at any point for the longer distances along the road (5000 COP). It is also possible to rent horses. Several agents run jeep tours to some of the more remote sites. Moreover, our city has one of the cheapest cost of living.
