  Beschreibung

  Hello! We are Sara and Thomas, 69 and 58 years old.
  We live in a farmhouse on the outskirts of the town of Artés, near Manresa, in the Province of Barcelona.
  We lived with our two cats, Lucas, Gordolón and our dog Yuca.
  Thomas is German and works as a carpenter in his workshop. He is also a passionate wood-dragons builder.
  Sara is Franco-Catalan and is currently engaged in the management of the rural house. She also works with Bach Flowers for animals.
  The farmhouse has a garden with a natural pool, in addition to the rural house (which we rent to tourists).
  There is also a bio garden that our companion Albert takes care of.
  
  
  Hola! Somos Sara y Thomas, de 69 y 58 años.
  Vivimos en una masía en las afueras del pueblo de Artés, cerca de Manresa, en la Provincia de Barcelona.
  Convivimos con nuestros dos gatos, Lucas, Gordolón y nuestra perrita Yuca.
  Thomas es alemán y trabaja como carpintero en su taller. Es también un apasionado constructor de dragones de madera.
  Sara es franco-catalana y se dedica actualmente a la gestión de la casa rural. También trabaja con Flores de Bach para animales.
  La masía tiene jardín con piscina natural, además de la casa rural (que alquilamos a turistas).
  También hay un huerto bio que lleva nuestro compañero Albert.

  We want to be able to share as much as possible with who comes to help us! According to your interests you can learn languages, local culture, carpentry, gardening, and we also like to learn from you, as an exchange of knowledge, ideas, an enriching meeting for both parties!
  
  Deseamos poder compartir lo máximo posible con quien venga a ayudarnos! Según los intereses podeís aprender idiomas, cultura local, la carpintería, la jardinería, y nos gusta también que nos aporten, un intercambio de conocimientos, ideas, un encuentro enriquecedor para las dos partes!

  Arbeit

  Who comes here will share our day to day, participating in the housework, helping in the general maintenance (the house is big and there are always things to do!), taking care of the garden and the rural house .. we invite everyone to contribute with what they can do better, adapting to the person and deciding together what to do. In general, the tasks are 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, in exchange for accommodation and full meals.
  
  Quien venga aquí va a compartir nuestro día a día, participando en las tareas de casa, ayudando en el mantenimiento general (la casa es grande y siempre hay cosas que hacer!), con el cuidado del jardín y de la casa rural.. estamos abiertos a que cada uno aporte lo que quiera y pueda, adaptandonos a la persona y decidiendo juntos qué hacer. En general las tareas son de 5 horas por día, 5 días por semana, a cambio de alojamiento y comida completa.

  Tendréis a disposición una habitación independiente en nuestra casa, compartiendo con nosotros baño, cocina, salon etc..

  From the house it takes 5 minutes to walk to the town center. There is public transport every day between Artes and Manresa, and from Manresa to Barcelona. In the radius of a few kilometers there are many beautiful places, rivers, mountains, the Montserrat .. we are at full disposal to advise you for roads and activities do to in your free time
  
  Desde la masía hay un camino que lleva en 5 minutos hasta el centro del pueblo. Hay transporte público todos los días entre Artes y Manresa, y desde Manresa hasta Barcelona. En el radio de pocos kilómetros hay muchos lugares hermosos, ríos, montañas, el Montserrat.. estamos a completa disposición para aconsejaros caminos y actividades para vuestro tiempo libre
